REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
YOU ARE OUR #1 CONCERN! If you receive the wrong order or damaged items, we will fix this issue right away.
Refunds are only permitted for damaged items or the wrong order. NO EXCHANGES. Once we have shipped orders off, unfortunately we cannot control the delivery companies and delays. We will work diligently to resolve it with you.
LOCAL PICK-UP
Hours: Tues-Fri 10am-2:30pm
After receiving your pick-up notification, you will have 10 business days to pick up your products. We understand that sometimes emails can get lost. Please include your phone number when purchasing so we can contact you.
After 10 business days your items will be returned to inventory and is not refundable.
